SALON11 debuts the “Living Culture” series in 2018. Join our “Tour of Tastes” as we take you on an exploration journey of food culture. When talking about cookery, you must not forget the heroes in the kitchen. Why are culinary shows long-standing staples on many TV, Facebook and Youtube channels? What makes these master chefs—the stars of the shows—so charismatic?

Say cheers! You must have already noticed the rise of craft beer in Hong Kong in recent years. Have you ever wondered why drinkers and even mainstream breweries have developed an appetite for craft beer? Could Beertopia, Hong Kong’s largest craft beer festival, catapult Hong Kong craft beer to the international stage? Drinking beer is no longer “just a guy thing”. Asia’s first female beer judge from HK will unveil to you the professional tips to beer tasting!

Do you consider “delicious” a subjective word? Beyond the five senses, the curation of the restaurant’s concept, interior design and tableware design all add up to complete the culinary experience. In this dialogue, creatives invite you to explore and define a perfect dining experience from another angle.
